1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "bdjld", "we", "us", "our" refers to the bdjld platform, its operators, and affiliated entities responsible for the operation of bdjld.io.
• "Platform" means the bdjld website at bdjld.io, any associated mobile-optimised interfaces, and all services, features, and content made available through those interfaces.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any natural person who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered account created by a Player on the Platform following successful completion of the registration process.
• "Wallet" means the BDT-denominated balance held within a Player's Account, funded by deposits and credited with winnings.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any stake placed by a Player on a sporting event, casino game, or any other gambling product offered through the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, cashback amounts, or other incentive-based credits applied to a Player's Account by bdjld.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total amount that must be wagered using Bonus Funds before those funds, or any winnings derived from them, become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by bdjld before processing withdrawals or upon reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the currency in which all transactions on the Platform are denominated and processed.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the bdjld Platform, creating an Account, or placing any Wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. These documents collectively constitute the entire agreement between you and bdjld in relation to your use of the Platform.

If you are using the Platform on behalf of a third party, you represent that you have the authority to bind that third party to these Terms. In any case, personal gambling accounts may only be used by the registered individual and may not be shared, transferred, or operated on behalf of another person.

bdjld reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this document.

3 Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on bdjld, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. bdjld strictly prohibits the use of its Platform by persons under 21 years of age. Age verification may be required at any time.
2. You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online sports betting and casino gaming are not prohibited under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure compliance with your local laws.
3. You are not registered on any self-exclusion list operated by bdjld or any associated responsible gaming programme.
4. You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement with bdjld.
5. You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
6. You are not an employee, director, officer, contractor, or close family member of an employee of bdjld or any of its affiliated entities, game suppliers, or payment partners.

4 Account Registration

To access the full range of services offered by bdjld, you must register a personal Account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred payment method details.

One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account on bdjld. Opening multiple Accounts, whether using the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Any duplicate Accounts discovered will be closed and all associated funds may be forfeited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must notify bdjld support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. bdjld will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login information.

bdjld reserves the right to refuse Account registration or to close an existing Account at its sole discretion, without providing a reason, where it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms or applicable law.

5 Identity Verification (KYC)

bdjld operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with responsible gaming standards and anti-money-laundering best practices. Verification may be required before processing a withdrawal, upon reaching certain cumulative deposit thresholds, or at any time bdjld deems it necessary.

You may be requested to provide one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (National ID Card, Passport, or Driving Licence)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within 90 days)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account showing your registered mobile number)
• Source of funds declaration if deposits exceed defined thresholds

Failure to complete KYC verification within the time period specified by bdjld may result in withdrawal holds, Account restrictions, or Account closure. bdjld handles all submitted documents in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable data protection standards.

6 Deposits

All deposits to your bdjld Wallet are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). bdjld accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your Wallet instantly.

bdjld does not charge any fee for processing deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges. You are advised to check your provider's fee schedule before initiating a deposit.

Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits made from accounts belonging to third parties will be refunded and may trigger an account review. bdjld reserves the right to request proof of ownership for any payment method used.

bdjld reserves the right to impose deposit limits at the account level or platform-wide level at any time, in accordance with responsible gaming policies or applicable regulations.

7 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through the bdjld account dashboard. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to payment provider availability.

Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically completed within 5 minutes of approval during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days. bdjld aims to process all withdrawal requests within 24 hours of submission, subject to KYC verification status.

Withdrawals will not be processed where the Account has outstanding KYC requirements, active pending bonus wagering requirements, or is under investigation for suspected fraud or policy breach.

Only funds from real-money deposits and confirmed winnings are eligible for withdrawal. Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable Wagering Requirement are not withdrawable. bdjld reserves the right to deduct any applicable processing fees from withdrawal amounts, where such fees are clearly disclosed to the Player prior to withdrawal confirmation.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

bdjld offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions aligned with events such as the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are published alongside the promotion and incorporate these general bonus terms by reference.

General Bonus Conditions:

• All Bonus Funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement, which must be completed before any associated funds or winnings can be withdrawn. The specific Wagering Requirement applicable to each promotion is stated in the promotion's individual terms.
• Bonus Funds may only be used on eligible games or markets as specified in the promotion terms. Using Bonus Funds on excluded games does not contribute to the Wagering Requirement.
• bdjld reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational players. Any evidence of systematic bonus abuse, arbitrage betting funded by bonuses, or use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion will result in the forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and may result in permanent account closure.
• Players may only claim a welcome bonus once per household, IP address, device, and payment method. Duplicate claims will be voided.
• Bonus Funds expire after 30 days from the date of credit unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.

9 Betting Rules

Sports betting on bdjld covers cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events, Bangladesh Tigers internationals), football, kabaddi, and a broad range of other sports across over 60,000 events per month. Specific rules for each sport and market type are published in the Sports Rules section of the Platform.

General Betting Conditions:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Odds are subject to change until the bet is confirmed. A bet is only valid once a confirmation reference number has been issued to the Player.
• bdjld reserves the right to limit, restrict, or refuse any Wager at its sole discretion, including imposing maximum stake limits on individual Players or events.
• In the event of an obvious error in odds (palpable error), bdjld reserves the right to void the relevant bets and return stakes, regardless of whether the bet has already been settled.
• Live in-play bets are subject to a brief delay in acceptance. bdjld is not responsible for any connectivity issues on the Player's end that result in a delay in bet placement.
• If an event is abandoned, postponed, or significantly altered before completion, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules. In most cases, stakes will be returned where no result can be determined.
• The minimum stake per bet is ৳50. Maximum stake limits vary by market and event, and are displayed in the bet slip prior to confirmation.

10 Casino Games

bdjld offers a casino product comprising live dealer games (powered by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi), video slots (sourced from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, and Microgaming), and crash games (including Aviator by Spribe). All games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology and are independently audited for fairness.

Each game has its own Return to Player (RTP) percentage, which represents the theoretical long-term payout rate. RTP information is available within each game's information panel. bdjld does not guarantee any specific outcome or profit from the use of any casino game.

Live casino sessions are governed by the rules displayed within the live game interface, as administered by the live dealer and game host. In the event of a technical disruption to a live casino game, the hand or round in progress at the time of the disruption will be voided and stakes returned, unless the game outcome had already been determined and recorded by the game system.

Players are not permitted to use any external software, strategy tool, artificial intelligence system, or automated script in conjunction with casino games. Any detected use of such tools will result in the immediate suspension of the Account and forfeiture of winnings derived from sessions in which such tools were used.

11 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdjld Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Multi-Accounting: Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one Account, directly or indirectly.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting promotions in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose, including systematic low-risk wagering designed solely to satisfy wagering requirements.
• Fraud & Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information, using stolen payment methods, or misrepresenting your identity or age.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds connected to unlawful activity. bdjld cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies in relation to suspected money laundering.
• Match Fixing & Insider Betting: Placing bets based on insider knowledge of match outcomes, or participating in any scheme to influence the outcome of a sporting event.
• Automated Betting Tools: Using bots, macros, scraping tools, or any automated system to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Account Sharing: Sharing Account access with any third party, whether for commercial or personal purposes.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes in relation to legitimate deposits made to the Platform.

12 Responsible Gaming

bdjld is committed to promoting safe, responsible, and sustainable gambling practices. The Platform is intended solely for entertainment and is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. bdjld provides a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible directly from every Account dashboard, including:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to manage your spending.
• Session Time Limits: Receive automatic alerts when a session reaches your defined time threshold.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Take a temporary break from gambling for a defined period (24 hours to 6 months).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and result in immediate Account restriction.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications displaying your session duration and net wagering activity.

13 Privacy & Data Protection

bdjld collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in that policy. bdjld implements industry-standard SSL encryption and security protocols to protect all data transmitted to and from the Platform.

bdjld does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties except as necessary to provide Platform services (including payment processing and KYC verification), to comply with legal obligations, or to protect the rights and safety of bdjld, its players, and the public.

14 Intellectual Property

All content on the bdjld Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software, and the overall design and layout of the site, is the property of bdjld or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to: reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Platform; reverse-engineer any aspect of the Platform; or use any data mining, scraping, or similar data-gathering tools in connection with the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of bdjld's intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to legal action.

15 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdjld, its operators, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

bdjld does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption, error, or technical fault. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may temporarily affect Platform availability. bdjld will make reasonable efforts to notify Players of planned maintenance in advance.

bdjld's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of all claims arising from or in connection with use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This cap does not apply to losses caused by bdjld's gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

bdjld is not responsible for any internet connectivity issues, device failures, or third-party service outages that affect your ability to access the Platform or complete a transaction.

16 Termination & Account Closure

Closure by the Player: You may close your Account at any time by contacting the bdjld support team. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your Wallet will be withdrawn to your registered payment method, subject to standard KYC requirements. Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable Wagering Requirement will be forfeited upon account closure.

Closure by bdjld: bdjld reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without notice, in the following circumstances: breach of these Terms; provision of false or misleading information during registration or KYC; engagement in any prohibited activity; reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity; or where required to do so by applicable law or a competent authority.

In cases of Account closure due to breach of Terms, bdjld may withhold any balance pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, bdjld reserves the right to forfeit all funds held in the Account, including real-money deposits where they are directly connected to the breach.

17 Amendments to These Terms

bdjld reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform, no less than 7 days prior to the effective date of the change, except where immediate amendment is required by law or to protect the Platform's security and integrity.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your Account before the amendment takes effect. bdjld will honour any withdrawal request submitted during the notice period in accordance with the Terms in force at the time of the request.

18 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with generally accepted principles of international commercial law. In the event of any dispute arising between you and bdjld in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation via the bdjld support channel.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within 30 days of written notification, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted in English and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
